The Kajli Mela Mahotsav in Mahoba is a historic and cultural festival celebrated for 15 days, starting from August 10, 2025. This 844-year-old festival commemorates the victory of Veer Alha-Udal over Prithviraj Chauhan's army in a battle fought at Kirat Sagar in 1182 AD. The festival is also known as "Vijay Parv" or victory festival, symbolizing bravery, sibling bond, and cultural heritage.
